Today is going really well. Mat and I are having lots of fun at the San Diego Zoo. I cannot even begin to list all of the animals that we have seen thus far. Matilda ate her popcorn, saw her elephants, and shared a vegetarian pizza with me while overlooking the Elephant exhibit. Matilda even ate the green peppers that were on the pizza. I was amazed.
She is currently sleeping in her stroller. I was able to find a quiet corner with lots of white noise. There is a bird aviary right behind us with a waterfall. That seems to be enough background noise to keep her asleep. I'm hoping for at least a 1.5 hour nap. We're currently at 30 minutes do we'll see.
