It definitely doesn't feel like December. Back home it's averaging a high of 35 each day and it's not uncommon to see a flurry or two. Here in Philly, there's still some green grass and autumn foliage on trees.
I am by no means complaining. I'm thankful for the "warmer" weather. I wouldn't mind if it stopped raining on Tuesdays. That's the day that we go to a play date 16 blocks away and getting soaked on my walk home isn't my favorite thing. It is nice to hear Matilda yelling over the noise of the wet streets and dripping leaves: "Cherith are you happy?" I just have to laugh and tell her that I am, indeed, happy. If the only thing I have to complain about is a rainy Tuesday, then I am truly grateful.
I'm writing this blog from my iPhone because I'm too tired to walk across my living room (which is 14x8) to grab my iPhone cord. Therefore the pictures will be all out of order but that's ok. Enjoy:)

| She is currently obsessed with magnet tiles. I justify playing with them by listening to her learn spanish CD at the same time. At first I didn't think that she was even paying attention to the disc but she has learned some spanish vocabulary. She knows boca (mouth) and nariz (nose)! |

| Max is getting soo big! He really is such a good dog. He has been sick the past week with a few different things. In this week he was patiently waiting for me to dish up his dinner: chicken and rice! Lucky dog being on such a delicious diet during his illness! |
