Well today was the first day of February and it was 66 degrees!! It was absolutely beautiful outside. It was sunny with a slight breeze.
Today Mat had music class. We went to the playground both before and after class but even with all of that activity, Mat was wound up. Needless to say nap, even after 2 hours, was unsuccessful.
We went to the Please Touch Museum and played for a little while this evening. Mat had a lot of fun and then passed out during our ride home.
All in all it has been a great start to 2012. I'm looking forward to delving into my curriculum text this coming weekend to map out my goals for February. I'm definitely ready to get Mat potty trained. Her friends are getting trained and I'm starting to feel a sense of competition.

| The PTM just renovated the children's hospital exhibit. This was the first time Mat has really shown interest in the room anyways. She was very curious to probe giraffe as she had been probed on Monday while at the doctor for a rash. |
